About the book
As a young lad I was seduced by an old Series1 Land Rover that sowed the Landyism seed that slowly matured and grew, luring me to lead a wonderful Landy-Life and to enjoy many Land Rover ‘experiences’ along the way.
Meet the Landy family, learn of my many dirty Landy affairs over the years and how Boudie, an ex-military Airportable Lightweight joined the family.
Landys are great for work, fun, adventure and other ‘experiences’ in life. It may not be always be a trouble-free journey. Progress now and then may become Temporarily Impeded, as this book relates. These incidents are all part of the learning ‘experience’ on the journey through a Landy-Life. As you read you will discover some of the many reasons why Progress becomes Temporarily Impeded or PTI. You will very soon learn that responsibility for most PTIs cannot be laid at the Landy’s wheel; there are so many other reasons, as you will discover.
